CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM

Business according to the laws of the universe

One of the subscribers to Bars Blog asked an interesting question: what exactly are the laws of the universe and how do they help business?

We live in a complex and heterogeneous world where myriad processes occur every moment. Some we feel and even produce. Others happen without our knowledge.

But on the other hand, the world is a single whole. Each process affects all the others. It's an interesting paradox — the world is heterogeneous on the one hand and unified on the other! Every religion talks about this, not to mention philosophical teachings, and scientists are increasingly confirming it on their part (especially after the discovery of quantum physics).

For example, let's recall the concept of the One God, or that the word “yoga” itself translates as “unity.” But what does this have to do with business?

When we are developing a company, we operate with limited material tools:

  • Target audience
  • Marketing and PR
  • Business processes
  • Visual communications
  • The market and its influence
  • External and internal policy
  • And so on.

All of these are practical and important tools for any business. But the problem is that this is only half of what actually affects a business!

The other half of the factors is often dismissed by entrepreneurs as esoteric heresy. But no matter how much you believe in the sun, it will still rise every morning.

  • The concept of Flow
  • Energy
  • Predisposition by birth
  • Relationships with people based on karmic connections
  • The concept of balance in the universe
  • The soul and its influence on the Ego (and vice versa)

These and many other concepts are not abstract philosophy, but real processes that affect everything around us. They are confirmed at the level of quantum physics, and yes, they also affect business if you are involved in it.

For example, if an entrepreneur is “in the red” (i.e., in a negative psychological state), he will lose energy and his business will not go as well as it could. Even if he is doing everything right from a business process perspective. A partner with whom there are nuances for karmic reasons will “trigger” you or let you down completely, even though their logic and usefulness for business processes will be undeniable. And the relationship will gradually break down. And so on.

In other words, the spiritual component of life and certain hidden non-material processes really do affect your business situation. But at the same time, they are invisible to conventional tools, including traditional analytics and strategies.
And if you ignore them, you will be like a blind kitten, moving by touch and relying on luck.
Therefore, the secret to controlled success in business is combining intangible processes with tangible ones. And the right response to situations on both sides.

By the way, if you go overboard with spirituality and esotericism in business, everything will fall apart too. Here you need to stick to common sense and balance. It is by combining all factors and responding to them. Because that way, you will follow the fundamental law of the universe — the unity of all processes.
