1. General provisions1.1. These Publication and Content Use Rules (“Rules”) govern how materials published on
sergeybars.pro (the “Site”) may be used, cited, and republished by third parties.
1.2. The main person featured on the Site and primary author of original materials is
Sergey Bars (previously known as
Sergey Anatolyevich Ulyashenkov \ native name:
Сергей Барс ранее известный как
Ульященков Сергей Анатольевич). For the purposes of these Rules, both names refer to the same individual.
1.3. By using, citing, or republishing any content from the Site, you agree to comply with these Rules and applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Ownership of content2.1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyrights and/or related rights to materials on the Site (including, but not limited to, texts, articles, blog posts, cases, analytical materials, images, videos, presentations, and other content) belong to:
- Sergey Bars personally; and/or
- brands, companies, and projects associated with Sergey Bars (including, but not limited to, BARS GLOBAL, Cyber Aura, and other entities within the broader ecosystem).
2.2. Some materials on the Site may belong partially or fully to third parties (companies, partners, guest authors, experts) and are published with their permission or under specific agreements. Where possible, such materials are labeled or contain additional attribution.
2.3. Regardless of who owns the underlying copyrights (Sergey Bars, his brands, or third parties), the fact that the material is published on
sergeybars.pro means that, when reusing such material, you must acknowledge that it originates from this Site and comply with the attribution rules below.
3. Open use and attribution requirements3.1. The Site encourages responsible sharing and use of its content. You are generally allowed to use and republish materials from

- the author’s name (Sergey Bars) is clearly stated;
- the Site (sergeybars.pro) is explicitly named as the source;
- a clickable link is provided where possible.
3.4. For offline use (print, PDFs, slide decks, etc.) where hyperlinks are not clickable, you should:
- state “Author: Sergey Bars”;
- specify “Source: sergeybars.pro”;
- optionally provide the full URL or section of the Site where the material is available.
4. Use of materials about Sergey Bars4.1. Materials about the person of Sergey (biographical notes, brand narratives, quotes, cases, interviews, descriptions of projects and practices) may be reused in other sources, especially when they:
- build the personal brand and reputation of Sergey Bars;

4.2. In all such cases, the author’s name must be indicated as

sergeybars.pro, according to Section 3.
5. Third‑party content on the Site5.1. The Site may contain:
- cases, project descriptions, and success stories of companies that have worked with Sergey;
- guest articles, expert comments, interviews, and reviews by third parties;
- materials co‑created with other authors, companies, or media platforms.
5.2. Rights to such materials may belong to third parties in whole or in part (co‑authorship). This may be explicitly indicated within the material, bylines, logos, or disclaimers.
5.3. When reusing such content, you agree to:
- comply with these Rules (including attribution to sergeybars.pro and to Sergey Bars where applicable);

5.4. If you are unsure whether your intended reuse of a specific third‑party material is permissible, you should either:

6. Restrictions and fair use6.1. You may
not:

6.3. Any commercial use of substantial parts of the content (for example, integrating large volumes of materials into paid courses, books, or comprehensive training programs) is recommended to be discussed individually in order to properly structure rights and permissions.
7. Name usage and identity7.1. For legal and biographical purposes,
“Sergey Bars” and
“Sergey Anatolyevich Ulyashenkov” and
"Сергей Барс" and
"Сергей Анатольевич Ульященков" refer to the same individual.
7.2. When you independently attribute or credit content originating from
sergeybars.pro, you should use the name
“Sergey Bars” as the main author/creator name.
7.3. Mentioning the former surname (“previously known as Sergey Anatolyevich Ulyashenkov”) is acceptable in historical or legal contexts, but for current branding, citing, and credits,
“Sergey Bars” is the correct and preferred form.
8. Relationship to Russian and international law8.1. These Rules are intended to be consistent with applicable Russian and international copyright and intellectual property laws, as well as general best practices on attribution and reuse.
8.2. Nothing in these Rules is intended to limit statutory exceptions and limitations to copyright (such as fair use or fair dealing, where applicable). However, even where such exceptions apply, proper attribution to
Sergey Bars and
sergeybars.pro is strongly encouraged as a matter of professional ethics and respect for authorship.
9. Changes to these Rules9.1. The Site owner reserves the right to amend these Rules from time to time. The latest version will be published on
https://sergeybars.pro, and any material changes may be highlighted or dated for clarity.
9.2. By continuing to use, cite, or republish content from the Site after such changes become effective, you agree to the updated version of the Rules.
